Personal Care involves partaking in appointments with NDIS Participant, ensuring everything is going well. This often goes hand in hand with support Coordination. Personal Care can vary based on what is included in the participant NDIS Plan.

Our expert support coordinators can help you in taking the stress away and assist you in addressing the barriers, decreasing the complexity of the support environment by tailoring the plan to match your goals at the same time helping you developing your skills and ability to manage your NDIS plan independently.

Our qualified support workers can help you with your travels either using their own car or using public transport, this could be:
• Attend an appointment
• Shopping
• Visit a family or friend
• Education
• Outdoor and other activities

Household Task

Household tasks, including essential tasks that the client is not able to undertake, such as
• meal preparation and delivery
• House cleaning and laundry.
• Gardening / feeding pets.

Consumables

NDIS Participent are able to utilise their NDIS plan to acquire funding for products that potentially makes their lives better. These products include but are not limited to: Assistive Technology, Home Modifications, Continence Products and Hygiene Products.

Community Participation

Community Participation can come in many forms such as taking out the participant to partake in Community, Social and Recreational activities of their choice.

Access NDIS

We work with people to assist in accessing NDIS in order to become an NDIS participant. Once a person has received their NDIS plan we will began the provision of supports to assist the participant where they need care and support

Daily Activity

Depending on the Participant’s goals and needs, Daily activity may cover assistance with or supervision of daily living activates, these include but are not limited to personal Hygiene Activities such as:
• Showering
• Toileting management
• Oral Hygiene and Dressing

Shared Living (Coming Soon)

NDIS Participants who require accommodation and live on low income are provided support and assistance to access a shared living environment.
